		<description>Ouch. That hurts. Can walkability be a MAPS 3 project? Does the city of Oklahoma City have a plan to fund and implement any of the recommendations from Jeff Speck? This is a serious issue that hinders Oklahoma City&#039;s progress if not remedied ASAP.</description>
